In a special Executive Session Board of Education meeting held last Thursday, the Van-Far board voted to hire Jennifer M. Purk as an elementary teacher for the 2014-2015 school year.
Board members Pete Nasir, Jim Hopke, Greg Frost, and Kevin Motley were present for the meeting. Christy Nelson, Larry Wheeler, and Kimber Nation were unable to attend.
