Monday, Nov. 14

Residents enjoyed trivia at 10 a.m. with assistance of Kitty McCurdy, Susan Jennings, Danielle McGlasson and Davaline Overton.

At 6 p.m. The weekly Bible Class was held with Denna Nichols. A large crowd attended.

Tuesday, Nov. 15

The Sonlight Day Care children were here to sing songs for the residents and they left cookies for the residents.

The Blood Drive was held from 2-7 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

The Vandalia Leade3r was read by Patsy Clithero at 10 a.m.

At 1;30 p.m. residents enjoyed eating hot rolls with apple butter and homemade peach jam. A large crowd was in attendance.

Thursday, Nov. 17

Exercises were held at 10 a.m. with Patti Ingram, assisted by Kassie Scott.

Residents enjoyed the trivia game of Fun on the Farm at 1:30 p.m. They were assisted by staff members.

Friday, Nov. 18

The East and West Halls enjoyed a movie of nature with gospel songs.

Residents enjoyed an Avon showing for Christmas with Yvette Colson at 1:30 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 19

Residents enjoyed the movie, part one of “Gone With The Wind,” with Angie Gerdeman. Refreshments of popcorn and ice cream were served.

Sunday, Nov. 20

The First Baptist Church was in charge of the services at 2 p.m. Next week will be the First Christian Church in charge.

Donations for the Christmas Auction were received from Monica Daniels and Alice Weeks.
