Monday, November 3
At 9:45 a.m., the residents from the SCU Unit, East Hall, and West Hall enjoyed the video of “The Dean Martin Comedy Hour” with the assistance of Brooke McPike.
At 1:30 p.m., exercises were held with the assistance of Traci Shaw and Brooke McPike.
Tuesday, November 4
At 9:45 a.m., the residents enjoyed the Golf Game with a large crowd attending.
At 1:30 p.m., a music program with the “Happy Wanderers” from the Hannibal area was enjoyed by all. Everyone had a good time.
Wednesday,
November 5
At 9:45 a.m., “The Vandalia Leader” was read on East Hall to residents from the SCU Unit,  East Hall, and West Hall by Alice Terry. A very large crowd was in attendance.
At 1:30 p.m., the residents enjoyed a game of Bingo with the volunteer efforts of Patsy Clithero, Jewel Hammett, and Norma Daniels.
Thursday,
November 6
At 9:45 a.m., the residents enjoyed exercises with the assistance of Davaline Overton and the staff.
At 1:30 p.m., the residents enjoyed a “Lassie” movie with refreshments of soda and popcorn and were assisted by the staff.
Friday, November 7
At 9:45 a.m., the residents on  East Hall, West Hall, and the Special Care Unit all enjoyed a nature movie with the assistance of Brooke McPike and Davaline Overton.
At 1 p.m., the monthly Resident council was held with a large crowd in attendance. They were assisted by Teresa Cunningham, Brooke McPike, Traci Shaw, and Davaline Overton.
At 3 p.m., the residents were taken out to the VFW fish fry with the assistance of Brooke McPike, Traci Shaw, and Davaline Overton. Residents who went were Scott Huer, Michael Davis, and Imogene Bains.
Saturday,
November 8
At 9:45 a.m., the residents enjoyed “Reminisce” with assistance of Traci Shaw and the staff.
Sunday,
November 9
At 2 p.m., the South Side Baptist Church held the worship service. Next week, the Second Christian Church will be in charge of the service.
A donation for the Activity Department was received by Marilyn Gramley and Joy Branstetter.
