Monday, Sept. 10
At 10 a.m., residents enjoyed the Trivia Game of Fun on the Farm. A large crowd was in attendance.
Exercises were held at 1:30 p.m. with Davaline Overton with assistance of Kitty McCurdy.
The biweekly Bible Class was held at 6 p.m. with Denna Nichols with a large crowd.
Tuesday, Sept. 11
At 10 a.m., residents enjoyed a game of basketball with assistance of staff.
At 1:30 p.m., exercises were held with Kassie Scott and assistance of Susan Jennings and Kitty McCurdy.
The Monthly Music Program with Wayne and Roy Lynn was held at 6:30 p.m. and Mr. and Mrs. Jamie Franke was held with a very large crowd.
Wednesday, Sept. 12
At 10 a.m., exercises were held with Kassie Scott.
Residents enjoyed at 1:30 p.m. a van ride through the county and around town. Bob Deppe, Florence Hartsell, Leona Ratcliff, Sammy Harrelson, and Flossie Kenaston assisted.
The Monthly Program was held at 6:30 p.m. with the Faith Tabernacle Church, with a large crowd.
Thursday, Sept. 13
At 10 a.m., the Second Christian Church ladies held their monthly devotional program. They brought out fresh fruit for all the residents.
Friday, Sept. 14
The Vandalia Leader was read by Davaline Overton.
Exercises were held at 9 a.m., also with Davaline Overton.
At 1:30 p.m., the residents enjoyed a game of bingo with the volunteers and staff. Clara Shaver, Norma Daniels, Jewel Hammett, Patsy Clithero, and Doris Ray assisted.
Saturday, Sept. 15
Residents enjoyed at 1:30 p.m. a music selection from Herman Smith.
Sunday, Sept. 16
The First Christian Church at 2 p.m. held the worship service. Next week will the be the First Presbyterian Church with service.
Donation for activity was received from Patsy Petty and Sandy Chandler.
