St. Joseph students earn Speech League ribbons

Students from St. Joseph School in Martinsburg participated in the first Bellarmine Speech League of the school year at Holy Rosary School in Monroe City on Saturday, November 5.
7th Grade
Evan Swaim received a red ribbon on his serious speech.
Lane Norris received a red ribbon on his serious speech.
8th Grade
Emma Hombs and Emily Hoyt received a blue ribbon for their duet speech.
Justin Duenke received a blue ribbon on his humorous speech.
Jake Haines received a blue ribbon on his humorous speech. Jolene Hollensteiner and Abbi Kleinsorge received a blue ribbon for their duet speech. The students are coached by Mrs. Leona Jackson, Grades 5-8 Language Arts teacher.
