SSM Health announced it will open a new Urgent Care clinic on Monday, January 11.
The clinic, located at 3626 S. Clark, Suite C, will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. The clinic will be staffed by family practitioner, Simon McKeown, MD, on Thursdays and Dawn Schutte, FNP, Monday through Friday.
“This new clinic will help patients get the exceptional treatment they need in the time frame that works best for them,” said Donna Jacobs, president of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital- Audrain. “We are excited to bring this service to the Mexico community.”
The clinic will treat non-life-threatening conditions such as flu and colds, rashes, cuts/lacerations, allergies, insect bites/stings, sprains, strains, broken bones, ear infections, and minor burns. No appointment is necessary and walk-ins are welcome. The clinic accepts most insurance plans.
