The Spiced Apple Café at 513 W. Highway 54 is back as of Wednesday October 3 with their broiled chicken and roast beef.
“James Culver wants to keep it,” said new manager Rhonda Culver. “It was his grandparents.’. We went back to the drawing board, came up with a new revised menu, and will slowly add things as we go.”
The Spiced Apple Café is open Wednesday 11 a.m.-2 p.m., and Thursday through Saturday 11 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Under new management and having a great staff, which includes more family, the Spiced Apple Café carries on the restaurant tradition. They are not doing breakfast at this time; however, they may add that along with being open other days as well as things progress.
The restaurant first opened in January of this year before closing after only a few weeks of operation.
