The Community R-VI Lady Trojans softball team defeated Paris 13-3 and Madson 11-3 to win consolations in the Paris Tournament.
The Lady Trojans led Paris 7-3 through three innings before a five-run fifth sealed the 10-run victory.
Tayler Cope paced the Lady Trojans with three hits, five RBIs, and two runs scored while Maddee Gastler added three hits, three RBIs, and one run scored.
Delanie Windmann, Katie Bertels, and Taren Clark each scored two runs; Dalaney Bowers tallied three hits, three RBIs, and two runs scored; Emma Angel had one RBI and scored one run; and Natalie Thomas scored one run.
Angel picked up the win after tossing four innings and allowing three earned runs on five hits with three strikeouts.

Also on Saturday, the Lady Trojans were shut out by Canton, 4-0.
Community R-VI had nine hits but were unable to score any runs.
Clark and Thomas each had two hits in the loss.
Sirrina Dunn picked up the loss after tossing six innings and allowing four earned runs on 11 hits with one strikeout and five walks.
Earlier in the week, the Lady Trojans fell to Clopton, 10-0.
Community R-VI had just two hits in the loss.
Lauryn Robnett and Windmann had the two lone hits.
Angel picked up the loss after allowing eight earned runs on nine hits with two strikeouts and three walks.
Dunn allowed one earned run on three hits in less than an inning on the mound.
Community R-VI also had a 15-6 loss to Elsberry. Elsberry had a six-run second inning to help them take a 7-4 lead and never look back in their 16-hit attack.
Bertels had two hits and one run scored; Gastler added one RBI and two runs scored; Windmann scored one run with one RBI; Cope had two RBIs; while Bertels, Angel, and Dunn each scored one run.
Dunn tossed 6 1/3 innings and allowed 14 earned runs on 14 hits with four strikeouts and eight walks.
Angel tossed 2/3 of an inning and allowed no earned runs, two hits, and had one strikeout.
