The New Harmony Christian Church recognized their graduates with a breakfast on Sunday morning, May 18. They were further honored during the morning worship service. Graduates included Josh McClurg, Elizabeth Jones, Jenna Luebrecht, and Lora Fischer. We wish them well as they move on to the next chapter of their lives.
The Annual Cemetery Association meeting will be held on June 1 at 11:15 a.m. following the regular morning worship service and Sunday School. This will be followed by a carry-in dinner at 12:15 p.m.
The VFW Post from Bowling Green will be our honored guests and will participate in the memorial service to be held on the cemetery grounds at 1 p.m. Names of veterans buried at New Harmony will be read during this time. This reading will include the names of 15 veterans from the Civil War.
A 100th birthday celebration for Juanita Henderson will be held on Saturday, June 7 at New Harmony. A short program will be held at 2 p.m. followed by a carry-in meal (with meat being provided) and a time for reminiscing. Everyone is invited to join us to celebrate the life of this amazing lady.

CWF group met on Wednesday, May 14, and made plans for several of the upcoming activities.
The attic portion of the annex has new insulation.
Several of the youth visited with Eddie Eastin at Moore-Pike Nursing Home on Sunday, May 18. They enjoyed hearing Eddie talk about activities at the church during the time he grew up there. They also enjoyed singing “Happy Birthday” to Eddie.
