Nancy McGlasson, age 61, of Curryville, passed away Monday, July 14, 2014 at her home in Curryville.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, July 19, at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green, with Rev. Frank Welch officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m to 10 a.m. Saturday, July 19, at the funeral home.
Nancy was born Jan. 6, 1953, the daughter of William Thomas and Ruth
Marie Dove Davies. She married Joe McGlasson April 3, 1976 in Jacksonville, Ill. He survives.
Other survivors include her mother; two sons, Adam McGlasson and wife Candy, of Curryville and Craig McGlasson, also of Curryville; two daughters, Barbie Finley of Frankford, Katie Gray and husband Jared Gray, of New Hartford; sixteen grandchildren, Zeb Finley, Kelsey Finley, Zach Finley, Kasey McGlasson, Hayley McGlasson, Kristina McGlasson, Alex McGlasson, Hannah McGlasson, Luke McGlasson, Lacy McGlasson, Anthony McGlasson, Devin McGlasson, Luna Gray, Jacob Gray, Joey Gray, and Alana Williams; two brothers, Billy Davies, of California, and Jack Davies, of Decatur, Ill.; two sisters, Judy White and husband Joe, of Roodhouse, Ill., and Patty Hunt and husband Bob, of Jacksonville, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her father and sister Linda White.
Nancy moved to Curryville from Jacksonville, Ill. She was a member of the Relay for Life. She loved crafts, sewing, crocheting and games.
