Mr. Carl Benjamin “Thuggie” Henderson, Sr.

Mr. Carl Benjamin “Thuggie” Henderson, Sr., 72, of Louisiana, Missouri passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at the Maple Grove Lodge Nursing Home in Louisiana.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Collier Funeral Home in Louisiana, Missouri. The Rev. Howard Manning will officiate.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of services at 2 p.m. Friday, April 17 at the funeral home.
He was born August 24, 1942 in Louisiana, Missouri the son of Carl Edward Henderson and Mary Genevieve Buck Henderson.
He married Iona “Snooky” Lawson July 29, 1961 at Vandalia, Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Iona “Snooky” Henderson of the home, one son, Carl Henderson, Jr. (Chanda) of Louisiana, Missouri, two daughters, Evelyn Shearon of Vandalia, Missouri and Opal Fuget (Jeff) of Louisiana, Missouri, three grandson; Charles Shearon III of Vandalia, Missouri, Benji Henderson and Jeffrey Fuget both of Louisiana, Missouri, two granddaughters; Victoria Witherspoon (Brian) of Mexico, Missouri and Elizabeth DeCamp (Jesse) of Louisiana, Missouri, 11 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Care E. Henderson in 1960, one daughter, Mary M. Henderson in 1963, Mother, Mary G. Buck Carroll in 1981, step-father, Raymond Carroll in 2010,  paternal grandparents, Cecil and Bessie Henderson, Maternal grandparents, Viola and Sam Bucks and his son-in-law, Charles Shearon, Jr. in 2011.
Carl had been self-employed as a maintenance man all of his life.
He was a member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall in Bowling Green, Missouri.
