Update: Missing Laddonia man is now home

According to a family member on Facebook, a missing Laddonia man, Kevin E. Hoyt, age 59, is now home and safe.

Sandra Hoyt Aulbur made the post one hour ago thank everyone for their prayers.

Previous story: On October 25, the Sheriff’s Office investigated a missing person along Highway J.

On Saturday, October 22, around 3 p.m., the family of Kevin E. Hoyt, age 59, of rural Laddonia reported him missing.
Hoyt was last seen around 4 p.m. on Friday, October 21, talking to someone driving a white sports utility vehicle along Audrain Road 489 near the family’s hog farm.
Hoyt is described as a white male, 5’10” tall, weighing 170 lbs., with thick dark hair, glasses, and full beard that is trimmed short.
A search of the area was organized by neighbors yesterday without success.
If anyone has information concerning the whereabouts of Kevin E. Hoyt, they are urged to contact the Audrain County Sheriff’s Office at 573-473-5800.
