Community R-VI High School student Russell Lovelace was visited last week by U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer at his school to acknowledge him for his third runner-up finish in the 2011 Congressional Art Competition in Missouri’s 9th Congressional District.
Lovelace was one of 19 students to have his artwork judged by a committee.
His artwork has been on display at the White House for the past year. His Art teacher is Darla Deimeke.
