Lee Lineberry, 79, of Greenville, passed away Oct. 31, 2013 at her home.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 4, at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Silex with Gene Lineberry officiating.
Mrs. Lineberry was born March 31, 1934 in Mountain Home, Ark., the daughter of Sanford Silas and Nancy Hazel Rhodes Hammett. In 1951 she married John L. Lineberry Sr. He preceded her in death on Jan. 8, 2002.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis Lineberry of Foristell and Ronnie Lineberry of Greenville; one daughter Tammy Schlichtemier (Mark) of Foristell; five grandchildren, Johnathon Lineberry, Kristina Krone, Angela Kelling, Mellissa Lineberry, and Nikki Lineberry; two step grandchildren, Eric Romine and Bruce Voegtlin; four great-grandchildren, Landon Lineberry, Jayce Kelling, Brody Kelling, and Auden Krone; one brother, Joe McKenny; and two sisters, Pat Hoskins and Jackie McKenny.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, John Lineberry Jr., and two great-grandsons, Talon and Brecken Krone.
Mrs. Lineberry lived in Corso, Silex, and the Wentzville area before moving to Greenville. She was a Baptist by faith. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and writing poetry. Most importantly, she loved her family and took great care of them all.
Serving as pallbearers will be Johnathon Lineberry, Bruce Voegtlin, Eric Romine, Tim Hoskins, Dustin Mell, and Ronnie Neal.
