Sandra Sue Renner

Sandra “Sandy” Sue Renner, 80, of Vandalia, Mo., died at 12:40 p.m., Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, at Tri-County Care Center.
Services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, at Waters Funeral Home. Bro. Kenny Haddock officiated. Burial took place in the Vandalia Cemetery.
Visitation celebrating Sandra’s life was held at 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the Waters Funeral Home.
Sandra was born Aug. 6, 1942, in Mexico, Mo., the daughter of John and Inez (Shaw) Renner.
Survivors include her caregiver, Donna Hoover; cousins, Alan Shaw, Don Shaw, Gary Shaw, Jan Kirtlink and Guyetta Sumowski.
Her parents and caregiver, Don Hoover, died earlier.
Sandra had been a resident of Tri-County Care Center since 1979. She enjoyed watching TV, especially game shows and cartoons. Sandra also enjoyed doing activities at Tri-County and was always one that enjoyed her dinner.
Pallbearers were Don Shaw, Gary Shaw, Paul Kirtlink, Joe Sumowski, Benjamin Gregory and Jamie Franke.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tri-County Care Center activities department, in care of Waters Funeral Home.
