Don Hoover, owner of Vandalia Firestone & Appliance, turned 75 on Monday, January 23. He enjoyed a special birthday cake given to him by his daughter Dea Hoover. It was also a time to celebrate the 40-year anniversary of his business he owns with his wife Donna Hoover.
