Health inspections

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) submitted the following report on food-serving establishments for the month of May.
• Domino’s Pizza received an inspection score of 96 with critical violations for a unmarked sanitizer bottle and uncovered trash cans in cooking area.
• The Mexico Senior Center received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• The Dug Out Food Trailer received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Cat’s Kitchen received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Public Health provides informal safe food handling training during food establishment inspections.
Many violations are corrected during the inspection process by the Audrain County Health Department.
