Health inspections

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) submitted the Food Establishment Report for January as follows:
The Locals Family Restaurant (pre-opening) received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
The Country Cupboard (Vandalia) received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Domino’s Pizza received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
L. M. Gourmet Coffee received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Taco Bell received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Pizza Hut (Vandalia) received an inspection score of 99 with no critical violations.
The Donut Palace received an inspection score of 100 with a critical violation of sanitizer too strong which was corrected on spot.
Dollar General (Westlake Plaza)    received an inspection score of 100 with a critical violation for    misbranded product which was corrected on the spot.
Dollar General (South Clark Street) received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.    Aldi’s received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Dairy Queen (Vandalia) received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Subway (Vandalia) received an inspection score of 100 with a critical violation of  no hand soap which was corrected on spot.
Stacey’s Place received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Casey’s (Liberty Street) received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Subway (Clark Street) received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Subway (West Jackson Street) received an inspection score of 99 with no critical violations.
