Friendship Church nears 65 years

All are invited to attend Sunday School at 9:30 a.m., which features Bible study for all ages and Morning Worship which begins at 10:45 a.m. This Sunday morning our pastor, Bro. Glenn Forman will be bringing the morning message. The Morning service will feature special music by Beverly LaRue. 4 p.m. Sunday Friendship Baptist will hold services the residents at King’s Daughters’ Home. At 5 p.m., Adults on Mission will meet in the Mayes Room. Sunday Evening Service begins at 6 p.m. with special music provided by Virginia Rivers. Also, Sunday evening at 6 p.m. Bro. Earl Traynor meets with the RA boys, assisted by Bro. Alan Larson.
Mid-week prayer service for adults and Patch the Pirate Club (for children ages 4-12) will take place Wednesday at 7 p.m. Bro. Ron Schott will also lead “teen time” on Wednesday at 7 p.m. “Teen time” is a ministry of Bible study, games and fellowship for teenagers.
The Sunday School attendance goal for September 24 High Attendance Sunday is 75. We have also set an enrollment goal of 100. On September 24 we launch the 65th Anniversary celebration of the founding of Friendship Baptist Church.
