Friendship Baptist Church June 10-16

On Wednesday, June 10, at 7 p.m., Pastor Glenn Forman, will conduct a devotional followed by an interactive prayer service. Also, at 7 p.m., Mrs. Kristy Schott will lead the “Patch the Pirate Club” (PPC). PPC is for children from age 4-12. She leads the children in singing scripture songs, conducts an age appropriate Bible study as well as other Bible activities. Mrs. Schott is assisted in PPC activities by Mrs. Virginia Rivers. Bro. Ron Schott leads the Youth Group each Wednesday with the assistance of Bro. Alan Larson.
Friendship Baptist Church encourages those of all ages interested in Bible study to join us for Sunday services. Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. Morning Worship begins at 10:45 a.m.  This Sunday, our pastor will bring the morning message from Acts Chapter 4, following congregational singing of hymns from the Baptist Hymnal led by Mrs. Schott. This Sunday morning, special music will be provided by The Ladies’ Trio (Mrs. Nancy Wyss, Mrs. Janet Carson, and Mrs. Martha Vanskike).
On Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m., Friendship Baptist will host services at the King’s Daughters’ Home.
At 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon, “Adults on Mission” will meet for their monthly strategy session.
On Sunday evening at 6 p.m., Mrs. Schott will once again lead the congregational hymns followed by an encouraging message by the Pastor from I Peter chapter 3. Sunday night special music will be provided by Mrs. Diane Baker.
Also, each Sunday evening at 6 p.m., Bro. Earl Traynor leads the Royal Ambassadors (RA’s – a mission group for boys). Bro. Earl is assisted by Tracy Wright. On Sunday at 6 p.m., Girls in Action (GA’s) meet for the first time since it was begun April 12. GA’s is a mission education group for girls 1st grade-6th grade and is led by Mrs. Valory Wright.
On Monday, June 15 at 6 p.m., “Friendship Circle” meets for a senior adult carry in. Each month, the senior adults have a carry in meal attended by adults from various area churches. All senior saints are welcome. Come, bring a dish and join us in Christian fellowship.
