Friendship Baptist Church

On Wednesday, June 17 at 7 p.m., Pastor Glenn Forman will moderate the monthly business meeting followed by an interactive congregational prayer service. Also, at 7 p.m., Mrs. Kristy Schott will lead the “Patch the Pirate Club” (PPC). PPC is for children from age 4-12. Mrs. Schott leads the children in singing scripture songs and conducts an age-appropriate Bible study as well as other Bible activities. Mrs. Schott is assisted in PPC activities by Mrs. Virginia Rivers. Bro. Ron Schott leads our youth each Wednesday with the assistance of Bro. Alan Larson.
Friendship Baptist Church encourages those of all ages interested in Bible study to join us for Sunday services. Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. with Morning Worship beginning at 10:45 a.m. This Sunday there will be a Father’s Day presentation for all fathers in attendance.
Our pastor will bring the morning message from Acts chapter 5, following congregational singing of hymns from the Baptist Hymnal led by Mrs. Schott. This Sunday morning, special music will be provided by Mrs. Sherri Beasley.
On Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m., Friendship Baptist will host services at the King’s Daughters Home.
At 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon, “Adults on Mission” will meet for their monthly strategy session.
This Sunday evening at 6 p.m., Mrs. Schott will once again lead the congregational hymns followed by an encouraging message by the Pastor from I Peter Chapter 3. The special music will be provided by music leader Mrs. Kristy Schott.
Each Sunday evening at 6 p.m., Bro. Earl Traynor leads the Royal Ambassadors (RA’s – a mission group for boys). Bro. Earl is assisted by Bro. Ron Schott. Sunday at 6 p.m., Girls in Action (GA’s) will meet. GA’s is a mission education group for girls, grades 1-6, and is led by Mrs. Valory Wright.
