This Wednesday, March 4 at 7 p.m., a Devotional on prayer will be led by Pastor Glenn Forman, followed by an interactive prayer service. Also, at 7 p.m., Mrs. Kristy Schott will lead the “Patch the Pirate Club” (PPC). PPC is for children from age 4-12. Mrs. Schott teaches the children scripture songs. They participate in Bible study and other Bible activities. Mrs. Schott is assisted in PPC activities by Mrs. Virginia Rivers and Mrs. Lisa Larson. Bro. Ron Schott leads our youth each Wednesday with the assistance of Bro. Alan Larson.
Friendship Baptist Church encourages those of all ages interested in Bible study to join us for Sunday services. Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m. Morning Worship begins at 10:45 a.m.
The Tollivers, “Life Unlimited Ministries,” of Collins, Missouri, rescheduled their visit with us after the snow last week. Brother Bob and his wife Jo Ann Tolliver have recently returned from Kiev, Ukraine. They are preparing for missionary work in Detroit, Michigan. Brother Bob will bring the morning message following congregational singing of hymns from the Baptist Hymnal led by Mrs. Schott. This Sunday morning special music will be provided by Mrs. Sherri Beasley prior to the morning sermon.
Sunday evening at 6 p.m., Mrs. Schott will once again lead the congregation in songs from the Baptist Hymnal followed by an update from Reverend Bob and Sister Joann. Bob has been a vocational evangelist for many years. Sunday night special music will be provided by the Ladies’ Trio. Also, each Sunday evening at 6 p.m., Bro. Earl Traynor leads the Royal Ambassadors (a mission group for boys). Bro. Earl is assisted by Bro. Larson.
