Farber Police Chief Raymond W. Bumbales, Jr., provided a summary of the Farber 2020 Police Report to the Farber Board of Aldermen on Feb. 9. There were 91 total traffic stops, which resulted in 71 tickets and 39 warnings for various violations, including four investigative stops. Of the 110 tickets and warnings issued, 73 were for moving violations, 24 for equipment violations and seven for license violations. The Farber Police also enforces violations of city codes by property owners and renters. There were 21 code violations for derelict vehicles, 23 for trash and 32 for grass/weeds. Seven tickets were issued. There were also eight warning issued for dogs with no license.
