FARBER—The Farber Summer Fun Fest has a full schedule for Saturday Aug. 3, including several contest and events that include a baby show, a Little Mr. and Little Miss competition, a pet show, a horseshoe tournament, a tractor pull, live music, and children’s games.
All day events include vendors, bounce house, The Hawkins Kidde Ride, the “Shop With A Cop dunk booth,” as well as concessions.
At 9 a.m. the Horseshoe Pitching tournament will begin.
Also at 9 a.m., there will be the pet show, and the registration for the baby show and Little Mr. and Miss will be at 9 a.m.
At 10 a.m., the baby show and Little Mr. and Miss competition will be held.
At 11 a.m., the Coed Sand Volleyball Tournament will start. This year it is being chaired by Benny Burnett.
For the afternoon activities, there will be Lucky Bingo starting at 1 p.m.
At 1:30 p.m., there will be a cake walk.
From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the Safe Kids event will take place.
Starting at 6 p.m., late afternoon events include the kids pedal tractor pull, which will be followed by the tricycle races.
The ever popular egg drop will be directly after the tricycle races.
Evening events include the ice cream social that will begin at 6:30 p.m.
The tractor pull will begin at 8 p.m. and continue through midnight.
Live music will be performed by Pacific Lights.
