Farber sets vet clinic date

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Farber, Audrain County, Mo., met in regular session at City  Hall in the City of Farber, Mo., at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 10 with the following members present: Mayor John Hodde, Alderpersons Gary Stubblefield, Ronald Greenplate, Lynn Flowers, Tony Shade, and Marie Bounds, City Clerk.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented. The listing of Accounts Payable was presented and approved.
Only one mowing bid was received.
A motion was made, seconded, and carried to award the bid for mowing of city properties, with the exception of the Fire Station, to Mickey Mink. Some of the firemen volunteered to mow the Fire Station.
Scott Allen, Water Superintendent, was present to discuss the reallocation of entitled water.
Since the brick plant closed, the city has excess entitled water requirements.
The board agreed to execute an amendment to give up 15,000 GPD.
The clerk informed the board that the annual vaccination clinic for dogs and cats will be held on March 22 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Community Building garage.
The meeting was adjourned until 5 p.m. on Monday, April 14.
