The Farber Board of Aldermen met in regular session at the City Hall at 5 p.m. on Monday, September 14 with the following members present: Mayor John Hodde, Alderpersons Ronald Greenplate, Lynn Flowers, Gary
Tony Shade, and Marie Bounds.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented as were the Accounts Payable.
Fennewald’s bill for irrigation pivot repairs was discussed and approved for payment.
Attorney Jim Burilson said the ticket issued by the Animal Control officer was handled correctly.
Bids will be obtained to replace insulation and paint the City Hall lobby.
Shawn Puls, Laddonia Chief of Police, was present to discuss doing volunteer hours in Farber.
A motion was made, seconded, and passed to appoint Shawn Puls as a reserve officer on a volunteer basis.
City Clerk Marie Bounds administered the oath of office.
Due to a holiday on the second Monday of October, the meeting was adjourned until Wednesday, October 14 at 5 p.m.
