The 48th Church Anniversary for Faith Tabernacle COGIC began last Friday evening with a musical and history reflections of the church.
On Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m., there was a prayer breakfast. Vandalia Mayor Ralph Kuda, Jr. was the guest speaker.
A Candlelight Service was held in honor of those members who have passed on after the breakfast.
On Sunday, dinner was served after morning service around 1:30 p.m. The afternoon service began at 3 p.m. The speaker was the Rev. J.T. Brown along with members from Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church from Keokuk, Iowa.
