Want to know which plants growing in the wild are edible and which are not?
Join other foragers to gather plants and learn the difference. A Wild Edibles class will be held between 1-4 p.m. Sunday, May 9 at the Scattering Fork Outdoor Center. Come any time before 3:30 p.m. for a guided tour.
Taste wild roots, shoots, leaves, and blooms. Take home recipes to try yourself. Tromp blooming trails, track animals, and try a craft or two. A $2 donation is encouraged. Call Laura Worstell at 573-581-3003 or get a map at scatteringfork.org
