Drug Task Force makes four arrests

Untitled-2During the late evening hours of July 6, the East Central Drug Task Force assisted by the Vandalia Police Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Audrain County Sheriff‘s Office served a search warrant in the 600 block of West Haig St. in Vandalia.
As a result of the search warrant officers arrested four persons, seized methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, ammunition, and sixteen firearms.
Arrested:
John Michael Couch, age 42, of Vandalia, for distribution of methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, and unlawful use of a weapon.
Angela Marie Fischer, age 38, of Vandalia, for distribution of methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, and unlawful use of a weapon.
Patrick Alan Couch, age 18, of Vandalia, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Marissa Suezann Richard, age 18, of Laddonia, for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The East Central Drug Task Force was organized in 2001 and serves the cities of Bowling Green, Fayette, High Hill, Mexico, Montgomery City, New Florence, Vandalia and Warrenton, the counties of Audrain, Cooper, Howard, Montgomery, Pike and Warren, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.  Anyone having information concerning illegal drug activity is urged to contact the East Central Drug Task Force at 573-473-5801or Audrain County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-392-TIPS.
