Services for David Charles Wohlbold, 67, of Laddonia will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Bienhoff Funeral Home, Laddonia, with Reverend Jerry Henry officiating. Burial will be in Laddonia Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Wohlbold passed away at 6:53 a.m., June 11, 2012 at his home.
He was born September 26, 1944 in Washington, the son of Roy and Emma Decke Wohlbold.
He was married to Ardis Arlene Hudson on November 30, 1968 in Hannibal and she survives.
Other survivors include his mother, Emma Wohlbold of Wellsville; two daughters and their spouses, Karen and Alan Stone of Martinsburg, and Kelly and Mike Riechers of Rush Hill; and six grandchildren, Madison and Charley Ann Stone of Martinsburg, Landon, Brylie, Braydon and Laynie Riechers, all of Rush Hill.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Steve and Wayne Wohlbold.
Mr. Wohlbold moved to this area in 1960 coming from Union. He was Christian by faith and a member of the Young Farmers organization. He was a farmer and received great pleasure in rebuilding and customizing agricultural equipment. He and his wife owned and operated Ag-Mart at Laddonia for several years. He thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Laddonia Cemetery Association.
