County Market donates to Van-Far R-I

County Market’s Jim Hickman presents a $5,000 check to Van-Far Jr./Sr. High School. In their commitment to education, County Market presented a $1,000 check to Van-Far Elementary School and a $5,000 check to Van-Far Jr./Sr. High School recently at its Vandalia location.
County Market has now given more than $1.1 million to local schools over the past 21 years.
As an associate owned company, County Market understands the need to give back to the communities it does business in. County Market is happy to help area schools in the all-important task of educating youth.
This year, County Market and its sponsors including Pepsi, Kellogg’s, Smucker’s, and McCormick have teamed up to donate nearly $100,000 to 53 area schools.
