At the 2017 Missouri Hearing Society’s (MHS) Educational Conference held in St. Louis, Mo., lifetime Bowling Green resident, Pamela Cole, Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist with Cole Hearing Center, LLC, received the highest level, a Platinum Education Award, for Outstanding Educational Achievement.
She is shown receiving the award from MHS President Lynn Royer.
Cole acquired 38 hours of continuing education to receive the Platinum Award.
The MHS recognizes those individuals who go beyond the basic continuing education requirements in order to provide superior service to their clientele.
Cole also attended additional one and two-day workshops throughout the state.
Workshops consisted of different topics including tinnitus, dementia prevention, best fitting practices, and common clinical encounters.
Cole has offices in Bowling Green and Vandalia and has enjoyed working and helping people regarding their hearing health for the past 33 years.
