Caroll “Papa Caroll” Feldmann, age 62, of Bowling Green passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana.
Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Friday at the St. Clement Catholic Church with Fr. Lou Dorn officiating.
Burial will be in the St. Clement Cemetery.  Visitation was held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the Mudd-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
He was born Feb. 4, 1951 in Louisiana, the son of Paul and Julia Bunten Feldmann.  On April 15, 1972 at St. Clement, he married Linda Orf.
She survives.  Also surviving are one son Paul Feldmann and wife Deanna of Bowling Green; one daughter Jessica Feldmann of Bowling Green; three grandchildren Ethan, Owen, and Caleb; one sister Paulette Feldmann of Bowling Green; brothers and sisters in-law Trudie and DuWaynne Azotea and Bob and Teresa Orf, and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by one daughter Renae Feldmann; his parents; father-in-law Truman “Doc” Orf and brother-in-law Lee Wankel.
Caroll lived all of his life in the St. Clement area and was a member of St. Clement Catholic Church.  He was a school bus driver and raised Simmental Cattle, winning several awards related to showing them and at tested bull sales.  He was a member of the American Simmental Association.  Caroll was an avid coon hunter and collected firearms and knives.  He loved his grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were Paul Feldmann, Jason Wankel, Bob Orf, Cory Orf, Simon Orf, , Dave Grote, John Koester, and Michael Swarnes.  Honorary pallbearers were Ethan Feldmann, Owen Feldmann, Caleb Sprague, Deanna Feldmann, Joey Orf, Derrick Kessler, DuWaynne Azotea, Teresa Orf and Trudy Azotea.
