Audrain County Health Department food inspections

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) provided the following Food Establishment Report for October 2015.
Hilltop Cafe received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Creed O’s Sports Bar    received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Pig Up and Go received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Cinema III received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Pizza Works    received an inspection score of 100 with a critical violation of Temperature Abuse which was corrected on spot.
Dagwood Jr.’s    received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Mc Donald’s     received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Andrea C. received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Mexico Meat and Produce received an inspection score of 100 and had no critical violations.
Wal-Mart Super Center received an inspection score of 100 with a critical violation for Date Marking which was corrected on spot.
Note: Public Health provides informal safe food handling training during food establishment inspections.
Many violations are corrected during the inspection process.
