ACHD October inspections

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) submitted the following as the October Food Establishment report.
• Abel’s Quick Shop (Monroe Street) received an inspection score of 97 with a critical violation for “No cover on waste basket in women’s rest room, NFCS dirty, FCS, and dirty equipment.”
• Abel’s Quick Shop (Clark Street) received an inspection score of 99 with a critical violation for “NFCS needed cleaned.”
• Casey’s (Monroe Street) received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Break Time No. 3124 received an inspection score of 94 with critical violations for “No date marking and a broken back flow device in a mop sink.”
• Break Time (Clark Street) received an inspection score of 95    with a critical violation for “No date marking.”
• Moser’s Foods received an inspection score of 95 with critical violations for “Unmarked containers in deli area, missing handwashing signs, out dated baby food, deli freezer and cooler floors dirty, and food on floor in deli freezer.”
• Porky’s received an inspection score of 94 with critical violations for “Dirty NFCS and FCS, a consumer advisory, and a missing handwashing sign.”
• Domino’s Pizza  received an inspection score of 99 with a critical violation for “Unmarked food containers.”
• Sunnydale Prep Kitchen received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• TJ Roadhouse received an inspection score of 96 with critical violations for “No consumer advisory and no hat or hairnets in cooking area.”
• Mexico Lanes received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Casa Del Sol received an inspection score of 94 with critical violations for “No food date marking in cooler, dirty FCS (microwave and ice machine).”
• Hardees Rising Star received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Pizza Works received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Hilltop Cafe     received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Mexico Senior Center received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
