ACHD July inspections

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) of Mexico, submitted the Audrain County Food Establishment for June.
Pig Up and Go LLC received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Summer Snow received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
McDonald’s received an inspection score of 99 with a critical violation for “Buildup of ice in freezer on boxes.”
Andrea C. received an inspection score of 94 and a critical violation for “Vacuum breaker hose bibb needed and dishwasher sanitizer should be between 50-100 ppm.”
Cinema III Theater received an inspection score of 95 with critical violations for “Vacuum breaker hose bibb needed, grease build-up on popcorn machine, and light cleaning needed back side of counter.”
Xpress Mart (Liberty St.) received an inspection score of 88 with critical violations for “Trash receptacle area needed cleaning, light cleaning in storage area and walk-in cooler, walk-in cooler door broken, and label damaged items for return.”
TJ’s Roadhouse  received an spection score of 95 with critical violations for “Consumer advisor needed on menu, vent hood, fire extinguisher needs to be updated, and restrooms need self-closing doors.
Aussie Outback and Down Under LLC received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violaitons.
Public Health provides informal safe food handling training during food establishment inspections.
Many violations are corrected during the inspection process.
