ACHD inspections for Nov.

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) submitted the following report following inspections of Audrain County food establishments for the month of November.
Dagwood Jr., inspected on November 1, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Murphy USA, inspected on November 2, received an inspection score of 99 with a critical violation for “Hot water only 90 degrees.”
Xpress Mart- on Liberty was inspected on November 2 and received an inspection score 89 with a critical violation for “Chemicals above food.”
Xpress Mart No.2 was inspected on November 8 and received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Xpress Mart No.6, inspected on November 8, received an inspection score of 95 with critical violations for “expired medicine/food on floor in cooler and unmarked disposition area.”
East Edge Express was inspected on November 10 and received an inspection score of 97 with a critical violation for, “Expired medicines.”
Brick  City Buffet, inspected on November 14, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
The Walmart Super Center, which was inspected on November 15, received an inspection score of 95 with critical violations for “Weak sanitizer solution/Dirty FCS, and Food on floor.”
St. Mary’s Hospital Audrain-Cafeteria was inspected on November 17 and received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
The Audrain County Jail was inspected on November 17 and received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
The Hobo Bar and Grill (Laddonia)    was inspected on November 18 and received an inspection score of 100  during its grand opening of the bar only.
The Dug Out Bar and Grill, which was inspected on November 21, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Dollar General (Vandalia) was inspected on November 22 and received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Fast Lane (Laddonia) was inspected on November 22 and received an inspection score of 99 with critical violations for “Nonfood contact surfaces clean to sight; walk in cooler fan covers.”
Casey’s (Laddonia) was inspected on November 22 and received an inspection score of 98 with critical violations for “NFCS and FCS clean to sight; microwave dirty, fan covers in walk-in cooler dirty, ice machine needed thorough cleaning, Sweep walk-in freezer floor.”
54 Package Store (Vandalia), inspected on November 22, received an inspection score of 96 with critical violations for “PHF not held at 41 degrees or below and refrigeration equipment not maintaining temperature.”
Dairy Queen Grill and Chill was inspected on November 28 and received an inspection score of 94 with critical violations for “Dirty microwave and ice machine, and sanitizer weak”
Martinsburg Kwik Stop, inspected on November 28, received an inspection score of 97 with critical violation for “Limited date marking on deli products and hot dogs.”
Pick-A-Dilly (Vandalia), inspected on November 29, received an inspection score of 98 and critical violations for “Food stored on floor and no cover on trash can in kitchen.”
Abel’s Quick Shop (Vandalia) was inspected on November 26 and received an inspection score of 96 with critical violations for “Sanitizer too strong and food stored on floor in cooler.”
County Market (Vandalia), inspected on November 29, received an inspection score of 94 with critical violations for “PHF not kept at 135 degrees +, hot water 84, Deli area needs cleaning, and no covered wastebasket in ladies rest room.
