ACHD Health Inspections

The following food establishments were inspected by the Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) during the month of December 2016 and received a score and critical violations named if any were found.
• Teddy Joe’s Bar and Grill, of Martinsburg, received an inspection score of 99 with a critical violation for baked potatoes wrapped in aluminum foil in walk-in cooler.
• The Office Bar and Grill received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Tri-County Care Center, in Vandalia, received an inspection score of 97 with a critical violations for weak sanitizer.
• Countryside Manor received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Pizza Hut, in Mexico, received an inspection score of 100. They were given new handwashing signs as the old signage was partially obscured.
• Pin Oaks Living Center received an inspection score of 97 with a critical violation for a dirty can opener.
• Hugo’s Italian Ristorante received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Kings Daughters Home received an inspection score of 99 with a critical violation for a missing trash can lid,
• Arbors at Lakeview Bend received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• The Essex received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Teal Lake Living Center received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violation.
• Andrea C received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Diner 54 received an inspection score of 99 with a critical violation for dirty microwaves.
• McDonalds received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Mexico Country Club received an inspection score of 90 with critical violations for no consumer advisory and date marking missing on certain items.
• Southside Townhouse, on Washington, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• The Townhouse, on Whitley, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Terry’s County Store received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Hobo Bar and Grill, in Laddonia, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Aussie Outback and DownUnder LLC received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
• Sonic received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
