ACHD Food Inspections

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) conducted inspections of food establishments in Audrain County and submitted the following report of results.
April 3
McMillan School was inspected and received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Laddonia Community R-VI School was inspected and received a score of 99 with one critical violation for “dirty non-food contact surfaces.”
Teal Lake Assisted Living by Americare was inspected and received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Dos Arcos was inspected and received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
April 4
Hardee’s was inspected and received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
April 10
Hilltop Cafe was inspected and received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Stacy’s Restaurant was inspected and received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Donut Palace and Kolache received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Hobo’s Bar and Grill received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Good Fella’s Bar & Grill received a score of 99 with one critical violation for “dirty food contact surfaces.”
April 17
Mexico Senior Center received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
April 24
Hugo’s Italian Ristorante received a score of 99 with one critical violation for “kitchen door open without a screen door.”
April 26
Fast Lane, Laddonia, received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Kathy’s Roadside Cafe received a score of 100 with no critical violations.
Public Health provides informal safe food handling training during food establishment inspections.
