Sarah Palmer and Larry Teson.

Two Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) employees, Environmental Public Health Specialist I Sarah Palmer and Environmental Public Health Specialist II Larry Teson, recently earned their national certification through the national ServSafe™ program.
ServSafe™ is a food and beverage safety training and certification program administered by the National Restaurant Association.
The program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Conference for Food Protection.
Sanitation certification is required by the ACHD for EPHS staff, as well as most restaurants as a mandatory credential for management staff.
