ACHD conducts six health inspections

The Audrain County Health Department (ACHD) conducted six food establishment inspections in the month of May and submitted the following report.
The Office Pub and Grill, inspected on May 3, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations.
Mexico Meat and Produce, inspected on May 23, received an inspection score of 97 with a critical violation for Proper date marking.
The Wal-Mart Super Center, inspected on May 23, received an inspection score of 95 with critical violations for Proper sanitizer, Contamination prevented during food preparation, and Nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
The Dugout Bar and Grill, inspected on May 23, received an inspection score of 94 with critical violations for Prep table unit out of temperature, Hot water out of temperature, Food contact surfaces and utensils should be sanitized, and Food stored on the floor.
Pizza Works, inspected on May 23, received an inspection score of 96 with a critical violation for Proper date marking.
Dagwood Jr., inspected on May 23, received an inspection score of 100 with no critical violations. Public Health provides informal safe food handling training during food establishment inspections.
