Absentee ballots now available for election

Absentee ballots for the April 4 Municipal Election are now available at the County Clerk’s office. You may vote absentee in the County Clerk’s office Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. The County Clerk’s office will be open Saturday, April 1 from 8 a.m.-noon.
If you are requesting an absentee ballot to be mailed, the request must be received no later than 5 p.m., Wednesday, March 29. Ballots may not be requested by phone as a signature is required. The last day to register and be eligible to vote in the April 4 Municipal Election is Wednesday, March 8.
There is a voter application that allows voters to view the issues and offices on their ballots, available on the Secretary of States website. For further information concerning absentee ballots or voter registration, contact the County Clerk’s office at 573-473-5820.
