“Temptation” finishes up a strong pull during the Mexico Young Farmers event held in Mexico last Saturday.

The Audrain County 4-H Fairgrounds was the site of the 13th Annual Mexico Young Farmers Truck and Tractor Pull on Saturday, June 9 featuring competitors from XCaliber Pulling and the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League.
Most of the money, which has yet to be totaled but was around $10,000 last year, goes towards scholarships for local Ag students.
Before this year’s pull, around $6,000 was given out in scholarships and nearly $10,000 was spent in upgrades to the pulling track.
More bleachers have been purchased and many repairs were made using funds saved through the years.
