During the late evening hours of November 4, the East Central Drug Task Force, assisted by the Mexico Public Safety Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Audrain County Sheriff‘s Office served a search warrant in the 1000 block of Macfarlane Street in Mexico.
As a result of the search warrant one suspect was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance. Arrested was Jordan Michael Dorsey Sr., age 24, of Mexico. Dorsey remains in jail without bond.
During the late evening hours of November 6, the East Central Drug Task Force, assisted by the Mexico Public Safety Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Audrain County Sheriff‘s Office served a search warrant in the 500 block of Seminary Street in Mexico.
As a result of the search warrant two suspects were arrested and officers seized methamphetamine, synthetic cannabinoids, and drug paraphernalia.
Arrested was Cynthia Marie Brown, age 41, of Mexico, for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of synthetic cannabinoids, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brown remains in jail without bond.
Also arrested was Jacob John Calvert, age 20, of Columbia, for possession of marijuana and Boone County warrants for driving without a valid license and a seat belt violation. Calvert’s bond is set at $1,424.20.
The East Central Drug Task Force was organized in 2001 and serves the cities of Bowling Green, Mexico, Montgomery City, Vandalia and Warrenton, the counties of Audrain, Montgomery and Warren, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
