The Lady Trojans solid offense continued in the third quarter as they moved farther ahead with 14 points scored.
In the fourth, the Lady Panthers seized some opportunities in attempt to make a comeback but couldn’t stop the Lady Trojans offense.
Samm Jett was the high scorer with 21 points.
Emmalee McCoskey scored 7 points and 12 rebounds.
“It was good to get back on the court after not having a varsity contest last week. We were a bit rusty but played very well in the third quarter outscoring Madison 14-4 in the frame. It was a good night to get everyone involved as we had eight different Lady Trojans score. Tonight was a game we had to just attack the rim as we struggled from the field and the line. Several times in the second half we got all the way to the rim and finished some lay-ups that helped jump start our offense,” said head coach Bob Curtis.
