Author Brenda Troesser’s book “For the Love of Jack” is currently on sale at the Well Read Book Store in Fulton, Mo.

Troesser, who has family and friends from the Laddonia and Vandalia area, has been writing since she could hold a pencil and has self-published two previous short stories. She has been featured in local newspapers and on local television stations. She is currently working on another novel while attending Missouri Western State University as a freshman.
