The Board of Aldermen of the City of Farber met in regular session at City Hall at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16.
The following members present, were Mayor John Hodde, Alderpersons Lynn Flowers, Ronald Greenplate, Tony Shade, and Marie Bounds, City Clerk.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented.
The listing of Accounts Payable was presented and approved.
An agreement for collection of taxes between the Audrain County Collector and the City of Farber was approved and signed by the Mayor.
The Water and Sewer Budget was presented.
The board members said they needed more time to study it, to include upcoming expenses in the sewer department. It was tabled until the next meeting.
A motion was made, seconded and carried, to approve the sixmonth financial statement for publication.
A motion was made, seconded and carried, giving approval to Alderman Greenplate and Bill Stubblefield to purchase a used sickle mower if it was satisfactory.
The meeting was adjourned until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13.
