The Laddonia Missouri Athletic Association (LMAA) BINGO fundraiser held in Laddonia at the Robnett Farms building across from the Laddonia softball field on Saturday, March 16 had a fantastic turnout.
“We were so pleased with the whole night.” said Amanda Fischer. “We are very appreciative of all of our guests, vendors, and sponsors. It was a great start to our fundraising efforts for the annual 4th of July Celebration.”
Crystal Kelly and Amanda Grawe were BINGO callers for the night’s 20 plus games.
Bingo chair Leanna Puls, as well as many others, were kept busy throughout the night running prizes and checking tickets. Puls took time out for a photo with her son Brady Puls and Norma Kennedy one of the many Bingo winners.
During the Bingo games there was a special Bingo game held for the Lunch Ladies. Lunch Ladies are a group that helps with special funeral dinners. Funds this night were particularly to support the late Ann Pollock funeral.
On the program for the evening were Good Neighbor prizes donated in memory of Bud Garnett, Viola and Virgil Adkins from Big Gun Kettle Corn. There were many vendors. Julia Stauffacher with Thirty-One Bags, Sheryl Murphy with Murphy Designs, Shalon Curd with Pampered Chef, Christine Rutherford with Tupperware, Christy Early with Tastefully Simple, Laura Oliver with JBloom, Tori Ford with Younique Skincare and Makeup, and Kimberly Shepard with $5 Paparazzi Accessories.
There was a 50/50, and Raffle to be drawn. There also were door prize tickets for a second chance drawing.Concessions were available consisting of Sloppy Joes, nachos, hot dogs, chips, Dagwood Jr.’s desserts, cookies, popcorn, soda, and water. A special thank you was listed for the many who helped with Bingo. Jon Robnett and Family, Michael Sharpe, Mark Curtis, Amanda Grawe, Crystal Kelly, Susan Erdel, Kristy Fischer, Lois Curtis, County Market, Dagwoods Jr., Big Gun Kettle Corn, and all the donors of prizes for each Bingo game played.
