Thomas and Courtney Ragland are the proud parents of their second child, Clayton Saleem. Clayton was born on May 3 at 6:11 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 5 oz., and measuring 20 inches in length.     The Moore Happening was held Saturday, Aug. 9,  at the New Harmony Christian Church near Curryville. The Moore Happening started in August 1981 when family members arrived at the farm home of Calvin and Alma Lea Moore bringing campers, tents, food, and games.
