LEPC participation a concern for Chairman

With another meeting featuring no representatives from Vandalia, Martinsburg, Laddonia, and Farber at the same time, Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Chairperson Steve Shaw announced in a quarterly meeting last week that he felt like he might need to step down.   • AMC board gets good news from survey

    The Audrain Medical Center Board of Trustees met Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 11 a.m. In the President’s report, Mr. Neuendorf provided the hospital update. The Joint Commission was at AMC last week for their triennial survey. The survey went very well and there were very few findings.     The Audrain County Sheriff’s Office will host an 8-hour concealed carry weapons training class on Saturday, May 17 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The class will consist of 4 hours of classroom training in the Training Room of the Sheriff’s Office and 4 hours of firearms training at the Firing Range behind the Sheriffs’ Office.
